WMF Quality One High Casserole has a quality glass lid with Cromargan insertion edge. In the high casserole, large portions of meat or larger quantities can be cooked and left to braise in copious amounts of liquid. The distinguishing feature for this are the bright red dots. The pots are made of easy-care Cromargan.
